We are located just across the street from all the shopping, dining, and entertainment in North Hills main district! Easy access to 440 beltline gives you the ability to be anywhere in Raleigh or the triangle quickly and easily. Experience all that North Hills and Midtown Raleigh has to offer because you are close to everything when you're here. Dog friendly fully fenced yard! Minutes from RDU Airport or downtown! Easy access to 440 belt line, public transit, shopping, spa, movies, bowling, dog park & more! "North Chills" is an updated home in one of the best areas of Raleigh - North Hills. Walkable to almost anything you could need right across the street: Boutique shops, True Food Kitchen, Village Tavern, Super Target, ABC store, Total Wine, Movies, restaurants, bars, coffee, spas, fine dining, Ben & Jerry's, Multiple Banks, Fedex office and much more being added regularly! There are waterfalls at the historic Lassiter Mill site nearby, local parks, and connected greenways to get out and enjoy Raleigh's scenic beauty on walks or by bike. You are in one of the best areas of Raleigh with everything you could want close by when you stay at North Chills.
For your stay you will enter with your own personalized code for the smart lock through a large covered sitting area with lights and fans, and an outdoor table for dining or enjoying outdoors with your group. A large kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances awaits when you enter from your travels. Open seating areas and natural light in the main level give the home a spacious welcoming feel. The home has been designed to have 2 Primary guest suites that connect to the main living areas. The large open sitting and dining area has a well stocked vending machine for your convenience and enjoyment. The upper primary suite has a king size bed, sitting area, full bath on suite, and a large walk in closet. Also upstairs is another king bedroom next to another full bathroom in the hall. The last bedroom upstairs is also a king bedroom that has Smart TV, desk, and lots of fun games and books for guests to enjoy. The property accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 king beds. Smart TV's in each area with built in apps and lightning fast high speed internet (500Mbps) will handle all of your work and streaming needs without any struggle or delay.
The lower primary suite has a king size bed with an open studio concept sitting area and a kitchenette with bar area. The lower kitchenette has white shaker slow close cabinets with granite throughout and a bar area where guests can relax. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge/freezer and stainless farm sink. The lower primary suite has a large walk-in closet, spa style bath retreat, and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer for guests free to use. The lower unit has its own separate patio, garden area, and entrance from outside. The home has a large fenced back yard with walking paths, young tropical landscaping, and 2 separate outdoor patios that give access to spread out and enjoy the large half acre lot together or in smaller groups. This rental is for the entire 2200 sqft home. We feel this provides one of the best values in Raleigh based on location, occupancy ( for up to 8 guests), and amenities. Summary: We initially chose this property because it offered two master suites, making it the perfect house for two families. The bigger suite is more private, with the smaller one being closer to the other bedrooms. This was great for our family of four and another couple.There was plenty of parking, and the check-in process was super easy.The snack machine was a big hit with the teenagers!We were pleasantly surprised by the location. Easy walk to a farmer's market, great restaurants and shops.
